Thanks again, I may close this out now in hopes of totally different solution. While I do not know what really goes into drivers, I just assumed this wouldn't be a difficult thing to implement given the separation of chips to do their own thing. With that said, looks like I'm debating downgrading back to Windows 7 or pushing out some extra cash for a different set up. Thank you for that explanation! It was well needed after speaking with Nvidia.

There is some info on their windows 10 compatibility and issues and problems they have found with the new OS so far which could be useful to know about.
DELL MONITOR DRIVERS FOR WINDOWS 10 DUAL SCREEN WINDOWS 8.1
They worked well with windows 8.1 but have not had a chance to test in windows 10 yet. I've used ones with DisplayLink chips that make adding displays simple and easy. But there is another sometimes cheaper option witch is to use USB 2.0/3.0 graphics cards. The best recommended way to support 4 displays is to go with a card that has this option built in or two GPU's from the same vendor (and sometimes if they are different generations/model from the same vendor they may not work!).

They would spend more time testing and developing drivers but end up selling less of their GPU's because people can mix and match. The real reason we are in this situation is there is not real financial reason why Intel, AMD or Nvidia would want to spend time debugging and supporting multi vendor GPU setups like this. Intel/Nvidia or Intel/AMD will play well together and are now well supported in laptops with graphics switching technology but this is because they have extra code and hardware implementations to handle the two vendors chips to share the same set of VGA/HDMI/DVI/DP outputs. Yeah running multiple graphics card vendors has never been ideal and may not be supported.
